I received a blank email

You requested a free resource from The Creative Family Historian and received a blank email for your trouble. What the?

It’s annoying, but it’s just a glitch between two software systems not communicating. It typically happens when checking your email on your phone. The most recent issues have happened when using Outlook for Android or iOS.

What is happening is that your email software hasn’t downloaded the entire message. It is a user setting and not one I can override on your behalf.

Once you download the entire message, you’ll find the links at the bottom. Alternatively, you can check it via webmail in your favourite browser.

You’ll find the download section at the top or end of the email, and it will look something like the example below:
