Within 15 minutes of purchase.
You’ll receive an email confirming your enrolment. It will include how to prepare for the training and what to do if you can’t attend on the day.

The day before your training.
You’ll receive another email with links for the Zoom workshop and practice document.

One hour before the session.
You’ll receive a reminder email and the links again in case that first message is lost in cyberspace.

Five minutes before the start time.
Download the practice document, log in to the Zoom session and be ready to learn.

Within 24 hours of the workshop.
You’ll receive a link to the replay to watch whenever you need a refresher on the skills you learned. You’ll have access to the recording for 24 months from the email date.
